All answers to any specific questions regarding commissions can be found all in here. When you commission me, you are already agreeing to my Terms of Service. Failure to do so will result in your commission being declined.

I have the right to refuse any commission

I refuse to produce or generate Artificial Intelligence (AI Art / Generative AI).

I reserve the right to refuse any NFT (Non-Fungible Token) related projects.Client or non-client does not have any permission to use my artwork in any NFT or NFT-related process/material including resale, without my permission.

I work on a first come, first served basis. Ongoing projects may be able to change their priority through an additional charge.

I will begin working on the commission if client has paid over 25% of the total commission price.

I have the artistic freedom to draw in my style. I understand my style will not work for every drawing, but I will do my best to satisfy my customer's needs.

Please do not ask me to draw artwork in another artist’s style. I may be able to change how I draw certain things due to client's request as long as it is within reason.

Please provide clear, visual references. They can be from anywhere (e.g. Google, Pinterest, Reddit, etc). Blocks of text are negotiable as long as they are descriptive enough for me to draw them.

Commissions are in digital only. I won't print and ship the completed work through traditional printed format. HD version will be provided to you through emails.

If client wishes to change the default canvas size / file type, please inform the artist before the final stage of submission process. There will be no additional payment.This consisted of two PNG files : watermarked and unwatermarked versions .

Regular commissions are done with Clip Studio Paint / Paint Tool Sai with A4 canvas size with 300 DPI unless stated otherwise. The final piece will be sent to you as a low resolution for preview but I will send you a WeTransfer / Google Drive link where you will claim the full resolution of the illustration after full payment.

All general rules apply from above.

As an artist, I retain all artistic and printing rights to the artwork commissioned, as well as adding them to my portfolio or posting them on my social media. This also means I can use them to reprint for merchandise. If client refuses, there's an additional fee which is to be discussed by the artist.(see PRIVATE / COMMERCIAL TOS)

Please DO NOT scan, reprint, or edit the commission without permission.

Please DO NOT use the commission in any way to generate revenue.

I might post finished commissions in my social medias with the commission watermark unless the commissioner specifically said so when I ask after finishing the commission.

Reposting said commission is acceptable only if I am properly credited. (e.g. linking my carrd, tagging me in posts, or properly being referenced. )

I also have the right to post these works as a part of my public portfolio (ArtStation) if I choose to do so. You will remain ANONYMOUS as the commissioner. This does not mean every commission will be posted, but this is a general warning.

If you do not want anything posted online, please inform me so I can make accommodations for you.

All general rules apply from above.

Pricing will still retain but there's an extra fee for royalty (commercial licensing), there are these options:

NON-PRIVATE LICENSE: Adds +20% of total commission price

PRIVATE LICENSE: Adds +50% of total commission price

Private means I cannot profit or showcase any of the commissioned artworks or selling it to someone else. This means I am subjected to not share anything related to the project whether it is a work in progress screenshots or showcase reels.

LIVE2D MODELS are by default non-private license in terms of commercial rights. Clients may pay the additional private license for exclusivity.

All of these options is applicable for printed copies, as well as media for advertising a product / digital advertisement.

This commercial license allows the client to re-sell products containing the image and profit from it. Pricing of the product contained by the image is entirely up to the client.

It is NOT ALLOWED to resell the commission for nefarious reasons. Doing so will terminate this agreement and I will hereby not allow said client to work with me again.

All prices stated are in USD. I will might accept other currencies if available.

PH Locals can directly convert USD TO PHP. Local Clients have a 10% discount of the total commission.

Prices are per character. More characters equates equal amount or orders ( e.g. 2 characters = 2 orders )

Payment can be taken upfront or partially through PAYPAL / Wise / Payoneer / G-CASH / Maya.

PLEASE do not send payment yet until I have accept your commission send you an invoice after verbal agreement during quotations.

Payment must be payed through a legally adult commissioner and financially confident to pay the money.

the client has paid in full and commission hasn't worked on it yet.

the commission has been terminated by the artist.

the commission is not finished before the deadline and was not granted to extend it.

I will do revisions within reason. Minor mistakes such as small color changes, missing accessories, bg elements, will be fixed with no charge.

Major changes such as entire outfits, poses, full backgrounds, or big color changes will require a revision fee based on the time it takes for the revision to be made.

If you do have revisions, please list them all at once and not nitpick in endless emails/messages. Maximum minor revisions is 5 times. More than that will incurr charges.

I do try to finish my commissions in a timely manner but please allow 1-2 months for completion, that is depending on the complexity of the commission.

If you have more than once character or a complicated commission like a detailed background, the time for completion may take longer.

I usually don't spend more than 6 months on a commission but depending on the circumstances above it can take longer.

Please do not rush me to finish your commission UNLESS you paid a rush fee for it but I won't gurantee a really good result.

Life happens and a lot of unexpected things will happen in it. I reserve the right to have extra time to complete a piece if necessary unless a due date was discussed at the beginning of the contract.

Client should give credit to both artist and rigger respectively on their social media channels.

Client may use Live2D models for commercial purposes (e.g. streaming or social media advertisments). Other types of commercial production, you have to contact the artists first.

Client may not use the Live2D models for NFT-related activies or NovelAI production or AI Datasets.

I have the right to use the work for their portfolio and social media promotion or commission. Keeping this undisclosed from public will inccur an additional fee. See V. PRIVATE / COMMERCIAL in table of contents.

There will be no additional fees if client requests not to put their Vtuber Identity in the WIPs.
